INSURANCE PB Stamps is not responsible for any shipments lost by any carrier, domestic or international

You can request insurance.  The cost varies by amount of purchase and shipping destination

I have never had a shipment lost in the 5 years I have been selling stamps.


SHIPPING CHARGES I charge ACTUAL postage on orders over $ 20.00  -- 

On domestic orders under $ 20.00 and paid by credit card or PayPal there will be a 75 cent fee added to the postage charged

On International orders under $ 20.00 there will be a $ 1.00 fee added to the postage charged

USA -- 

Packages under 1 pound will sent via USPS First Class Mail in a padded envelope  -  Postage is based on weight and zone

Packages over 1 pound will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.  When possible I will ship in a Flat Rate Envelope - Postage = $ 4.95

If too big for the envelope I will ship in Priority Mail cardboard boxes.  If postage to your zone exceeds $ 10.35 I will use a Priority Mail Flat Rate Box and postage will be $ 10.35 for orders up to 10 pounds.  Over 10 pounds will ship for $ 13.95
INTERNATIONAL -- 

Packages will sent via International First Class Mail in either a padded envelope or cardboard box -  Postage is based on weight and destination country.

There are situations where International Priority Mail is less expensive than First Class.  When this is the case I will ship in one of these three containers.

PB Stamps is not responsible for any fees charged by your country's Customs Office.  Most countries have a limit that if the value of the shipment is under that limit then there are no additional charges.

I do not know the Customs Limits for your country.  If you know what it is let me know and I'll post them here.
