I will not charge a sale to your card until your order is ready to ship.  By supplying me with your Credit Card information you are 'electronically' authorizing me to charge any orders you place with PB Stamps to that card unless you notify me otherwise.

PAYPAL

If you select this method I will email you a PayPal invoice when your order is ready to ship.

Some people think they have Buyer Protection when paying with PayPal.  This is only true when you are paying for purchases on eBay.

13.3 PayPal Buyer Protection

  1. What are the eligibility requirements for PayPal Buyer Protection?

    You must meet all of these requirements:

    • Use PayPal to purchase an eligible item on eBay.
    • Pay for the full amount of the item with one payment. Items purchased with multiple payments – like a deposit followed by a final payment – are not eligible.
    • Send the payment to the seller through:
      • The eBay "Pay Now" button, or
      • the eBay invoice,

    • Open a Dispute within 45 days of the date you sent the payment – then follow the online dispute resolution process described below under Dispute Resolution.

    • Keep your PayPal account in good standing.

TRACKING IS NOT AVAILABLE ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Shipping Charges

Packages will sent via International First Class Mail in either a padded envelope or cardboard box -  Postage is based on weight and destination country.

here are situations where International Priority Mail is less expensive than First Class.  When this is the case I will use Priority Mail.

CUSTOMS

PB Stamps will not falsify customs forms.

PB Stamps is not responsible for any fees charged by your country's Customs Office.  Most countries have a limit that if the value of the shipment is under that limit then there are no additional charges.
